Hey there. I’m PB – also known as Pastor Brian, depending on the day and how many cups of coffee I’ve had. For over two decades, I’ve walked with people through the raw, the ridiculous, and the redemptive parts of life. Somewhere along the way, I realized my brain is basically a mashup of leadership principles, half-formed metaphors, late-night poems, and moments that beg to be reflected on (or laughed at).
PBReflects is the space where I let some of that out.
It’s not a polished TED Talk. It’s not a leadership manual. And it’s definitely not a highlight reel.
